How to use outline vpn on windows10.
First Step
Download the outline application for windows 10 here. Install and open then click the plus symbol
Second Step
copy the url/link outline vpn that you get in the column provided
Third step
The next step is to select the add server like the button in the image below
Fourth step
Make sure the server ip or hostname looks like the image below and click the connect button
Fifth step
after clicking the connect button will be directly connected and the existing circle will turn green
